Kaatru Veliyidai

‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ is another romantic film from ace director Mani Ratnam and so the expectations are sky high as the scenic locations in the film, with the backdrop of Kargil War for added effect. But sadly it does not live up to the hype nor promotions. It is very slow paced and hardly has a storyline nor characters that stand out. Cinematography, Music (though most of the good songs, have been reduced to snippets) and Aditi Rao are the saving grace.
